Q. Do you ship outside India?+
Currently we are shipping only within India
Q. What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?+
Deliveries are taken care of by our partner courier companies. They would call you to check your availability. In case the delivery fails, the order can be re-dispatched after taking appropriate instructions from you.
Q. Can I change the shipping address of the order?+
Yes, you can change the shipping address but make sure you do it before your order is shipped.
Q. Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?+
No. You will have to place separate orders for getting it delivered to different shipping addresses.
Q. How can I track my order?+
You will receive an email with courier details once your order is dispatched from our facility. You can track your order status using the same details on the respective courier partners website. You can also email us on care@houseofvarada.com
Q. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?+
We deliver within 12-14 working days
Q. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?+
If the wrong order has been delivered to you, please contact us on care@houseofvarada.com. Exchange or refund is only applicable if you notify us within 7 days of receiving an order.
