Exchange Policy+

You have the option to swap products for a different item/size within 7 days from the delivery date. Beyond this 7-day period, products are not eligible for exchange.
All items intended for exchange must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please ensure that all original tags and packaging remain intact. In the event of receiving damaged products, we may ask you to provide photographs for our review.
Once we collect the product(s) for exchange and confirm their receipt, we conduct a thorough quality inspection. Following this, we would send the new item to your designated address
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
Any product purchased in sale or on any type of discount is non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All Made on Order / Made to Order / Custom Order / Made to Measure products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Our exchange policy permits a single exchange per product. Once a product has been exchanged by our team, further exchanges are only possible in case of damage.

Delivery

Q. Do you ship outside India?+

Currently we are shipping only within India

Q. What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?+

Deliveries are taken care of by our partner courier companies. They would call you to check your availability. In case the delivery fails, the order can be re-dispatched after taking appropriate instructions from you.

Q. Can I change the shipping address of the order?+

Yes, you can change the shipping address but make sure you do it before your order is shipped.

Q. Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?+

No. You will have to place separate orders for getting it delivered to different shipping addresses.

Q. How can I track my order?+

You will receive an email with courier details once your order is dispatched from our facility. You can track your order status using the same details on the respective courier partners website. You can also email us on care@houseofvarada.com

Q. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?+

All items shall be delivered within 5-7 working days

Q. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?+

If the wrong order has been delivered to you, please contact us on care@houseofvarada.com. Exchange or refund is only applicable if you notify us within 7 days of receiving an order.

Q. How do I make a payment?+

We accept Master Card, Visa credit, Pay Pal, debit and other credit cards. We also have an option of net banking and cash on delivery for orders within India

Q. Do you accept payment through Cheque/Demand Draft?+

No we do not

Q. What if my debit/credit card is compromised while making a payment online?+

House of Varada does not store/retain your credit or debit card information. If you suspect any such activity, please get in touch with your bank immediately.

Q. What happens if the merchandise ordered is out of stock?+

We will inform you immediately if the product you ordered is out of stock and refund the full amount in your account.

Q. Can I cancel an order?+

You can cancel an order fully or partially within 24 hours of placing the order. You may get in touch with our Customer care on care@houseofvarada.com for further steps

Q. What if my order is received in a damaged condition?+

If you notice that your product is tampered or damaged, kindly do not accept the delivery and return it. Get in touch with our customer support team on care@houseofvarada.com and we would be happy to provide you a replacement.
