- You have the option to swap products for a different item/size within 7 days from the delivery date. Beyond this 7-day period, products are not eligible for exchange.
- All items intended for exchange must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please ensure that all original tags and packaging remain intact. In the event of receiving damaged products, we may ask you to provide photographs for our review.
- Once we collect the product(s) for exchange and confirm their receipt, we conduct a thorough quality inspection. Following this, we would send the new item to your designated address
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
- Any product purchased in sale or on any type of discount is non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
